Victor Hugo meets CartEssenza

This morning, while dealing with insomnia, I was looking at the photos, and what I found? These, featuring CartEssenza's "I Tondi" brooches and some of my antique books.
In particular: the one on which the brooches are it's a late '800 edition in italian of "Notre-Dame de Paris" by Victor Hugo.

"I Tondi" Brooches CartEssenza: now available online!

CartEssenza's line "I Tondi" is probably the most loved one: versatile and easy to match, light and bright, classic and contemporary at the same time.

Here you will find some new photo of "I Tondi" Brooches, from now available in the Etsy Shop and in the A Little Market one. Don't forget the brooches are available in other colours too, if you want more info just write me :)

"Buy Handmade", not "Steal Handmade" - About stolen brooches, pizza and Suetonius ;)

IMPORTANT! Yesterday in Sanremo the light blue brooche you can see in the photo has been stolen.

It's a new line in my production and it was the first time I was showing it, and like every CartEssenza's work it's signed on the back; so, if you are here cause you received it as a gift, just know it has been stolen.
If you are here cause you stole it, on the other hand, I inform you that the price was only 12 euro, so you own me a pizza+beer, and that I take as a compliment the fact you risked to be caught to have it.
Obviously I warmly discourage stealing and for some minutes I hoped that the Emperor Caligula was still alive (if you don't know what he done to thiefs, go to read Suetonius, it will not hurt you)...sorry about that, couldn't help it! ;)

New Photo Shooting: CartEssenza Fall/Winter 2012*2013

I'm a very moody person, and consequently it is CartEssenza's project:

imagine to wake up in a bad mood, to drag yourself bored around the house, to work a bit sadly...then, suddenly, you look outside the window and you see that, even if it's winter, it's a stunning day.
Again: imagine to live near the sea and to sigh at the computer because you would like to take a walk. So take the phone, call your beautiful sister and say to her: "in two hours we meet at the beach, can we make some photos?" She, who is crazier than you, says yes...;)

Now you know how I took these photos. I'm not a photographer, so they are not perfect. But still, inside them there are a lot of things: there's CartEssenza, there's a wonderful sunny day, there's the sea, there's the happiness of an afternoon we passed doing something different (and in some of them there's even me reflected in sunglasses, ahahah).
